Service Times
Encounter Church meets every Sunday mornings at 10AM at Cordillera Elementary School at 25952 Cordillera Drive in Mission Viejo.
What can I expect?
Service length
In total, an Encounter service is about 75 minutes in length. Services begin with the Encounter worship team leading in music - song lyrics are on screens so you can sing along and engage with worship however you feel most comfortable. Families are a central focus of our church. After a few more songs, there will be an encouraging and hope-filled message about Jesus.

WHAT ABOUT MY KIDS?
We believe that kids should be raised to love Jesus. Families are a priority. The other thing we make a priority is your children’s safety. Because of that, we have a digital check-in process for our Encounter Kids program. Encounter Kids ages infant through Grade 6 check-in at our kiosks. After checking-in at our kiosks, kids will head to their classrooms. They can be picked up from their classrooms at the conclusion of the service. Grades 7 -12 meet for youth group the first and third Sundays of the month.

For our kids. Each weekend Encounter Kids, newborns through 6th graders, learn the truth about who God is and who they are because of Him through age-specific lessons, small groups, and trusted adult leadership.
For our teens. Encounter Youth Group meet on Sundays and two Mondays a month for grades 7th - 12th grade. Loaded with passionate worship and relationship-building core groups, it addresses real issues teens face each day. Check out the youth page for more details Encounter Youth Group.
For our young adults. Encounter Young Adults meet twice a month on Sunday nights. It’s an opportunity for young adults transitioning from school to full-time jobs and life to find community and support from one another. Join our Young Adults Group.
