Zion National Park is one of the most beautiful sites in all of God’s creation. This trip is designed for you as a family to enjoy time with each other and to build relationships with other Encounter families. Many elements of this trip are on our own but here are some details to help with

All families will be responsible for their own transportation. We have reserved two group sites inside the park. All meals, snacks and water will be provided.

Cost

$160 per Adult (13 years and older) - Camping + Food
$60 for children (2 years - 12 years old) - Camping + Food
Free - Children 2 and under free
$100 per Adult (13 years and older) - Food Only (Responsible for accommodations on your own)
$50 per Child (2 years - 12 years old) - Food Only
* Rafting, water shoes and other activities may incur additional costs

Transportation

Park pass is required for entry - Purchase in advance here or at the gate to Zion Park (https://www.nps.gov/shen/planyourvisit/annual-passes.htm)
1 Week Pass is $30, Annual pass is $80, 4th Graders can get their families in for free, Seniors, military and volunteers can receive additional discounts
Transportation on your own
- Approximately 430 miles which takes 7 - 8 hours depending on traffic and times you travel

Accommodations

Camp: We have reserved two groups sites for up to 45 people. We will be having our group meetings and meals at the group site.
- Watchman Campground
- Toilets, drinking water and picnic tables are provided at this facility. Tent-only
- No Shower or Laundry Facilities. There are no shower or laundry facilities located in the park
Hotel:
- Limited to 4 rooms
  - $950 - Hotel ($169.95/night + Taxes / Fees - Approximately $950 to be paid directly to Hotel)
