Dates: March 17 - 29, 2018 Trip Cost: $4250

Price Includes: FLIGHT-Round-trip from Los Angeles or Atlanta to Tel Aviv 

LODGING - 4-Star Israeli hotels (double occupancy = 2 people per room, each person pays $4250.00 

SINGLE ROOM - If do not want a roommate, the additional cost of a single room is $995.00. If you want a roommate, but do not have a roommate, we will try to place you with another single traveler of the same gender. However, if no one is available to room with you, you will be charged for a single room. If you are traveling with (or have been assigned) a roommate who cancels, you will be responsible for a single room if no one else is available to be your roommate. 

MEALS - breakfast and dinner daily with coffee, tea. 

TOURING - per itinerary (subject to adjustment) with licensed Israeli Tour Guide in private air conditioned tour bus with Israeli driver 

ALL TIPS and FEES (for tour guide, driver, porters, dining & hotel staff), taxes, entrance fees, transportation costs. 

The price of this trip is ALL inclusive - it includes everything (except lunches) 

Price Does Not include: Lunches, beverages (other than coffee and tea), personal expenses (snacks, phone, laundry, internet), travel/trip insurance. 

Refunds/Cancellations: All cancellation notices must be received in writing (email) to the Messianic Journeys office. Refunds for cancellation are based on the time of the cancellation 

Until August 31, 2017: Trip Registration Deposit is refundable less $300.00 cancellation fee. September 2 -October 31, 2017 : Refund less $1000 cancellation fee. November 1 – November 31, 2017: Refund less $2000 can-cellation fee. After December 1, 2017 : Sorry no refund. 

Prices are based on existing U.S. dollar exchange rate, Cur-rent costs, fuel charges, and tariff rates are subject to change (beyond our control) based on the dollar and international market. Should prices change, you will be notified immediately, and you will be responsible to pay any additional costs. 

Deviations and Changes: Requests for deviation from the itinerary are subject to a $500 deviation fee, plus any applicable airfare or ground transpiration surcharges. Itinerary changes cannot be accepted after November 1, 2017. 

Passport: You are responsible for the accuracy of your Passport information. 

Be sure to enter your Passport name EXACTLY (first, last and middle) as it appears on your Passport. Your tickets will be purchased using the Passport Name you supply. If your name is not exactly the same on your ticket and your Passport, your ticket for this tour will be invalid and may have a substantial cost to re-ticket in the correct name. 

You must have a valid passport with an expiration date no less than 6 months prior to RETURNING to the U.S. If you need a new passport, it takes several weeks to secure one, so don't delay applying/updating. Non-U.S. Passport holders, please contact Messianic Journeys. 

Inoculations & Visas: No inoculations or visas (for U.S. Citizens) are required for Israel. 

Luggage: One piece of checked luggage, maximum 50 pounds. Plus, one small personal bag (small enough to comfortably fit on your lap on the tour bus). Luggage is limited due to the tour bus luggage bay capacity. 

Trip/Travel Insurance: Messianic Journeys STRONGLY recommends Trip Insurance. 

Messianic Journeys urges you to procure Travel/Trip Insurance immediately after registering for a tour. This type of insurance will cover the cost of your trip should you need to cancel because of an emergency prior to departure, or return mid-trip to the States because of an emergency, illness or injury. 

If you would like to speak with a Travel Agent about this type of Insurance, you could contact Chaim Limor or any of his staff at 630-961-3606 at "My Travel Agent" and tell him you are traveling with Messianic Journeys. He and his staff will be glad to help you with Travel Insurance. Please secure the insurance plan of your choice immediately upon registering with a trip and carry the information with you as you travel. 

Liability: Messianic Journeys acts only as agent for the various companies whose accommodations and conveyances are utilized for the tour. It assumes no responsibility or liability in connection with the services of any train, carriage, automobile, airplane, camel or other conveyance which will be used either wholly or in part. Neither will Messianic Journeys be responsible for any error, omission, act or any injury, loss, accident or any delay which may be occasioned by reason of defect in any vehicle through neglect or default of any company or person engaged in the conveying of passengers or their luggage. The tour directors accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delays or changes in motor coach, train, airplane services, or that of any other conveyance, sickness, accident, weather, strikes, war, violence, quarantine, or other causes, and all such losses or expenses must be borne by the individual. 

Physical Requirements & Responsibility: Seeing Israel with Messianic Journeys is not a looking-out-the-bus-window-experience. Our tours are a feet-on-the-ground adventure that requires travelers to be in generally good health, and are responsible to have independent mobility and strength. 

There is a significant amount of walking over uneven archaeological terrain as well as up hills and stairs. To participate in this tour successfully, you should be able to climb two flights of stairs without assistance and walk at a modest pace for a mile, as well as be able to stand in possibly hot weather. 

Individuals registering for this journey accept the responsibility for being in good health and able to walk without assistance - if you require a cane, crutches, wheelchair or personal assistance to walk, sorry but this is not the trip for you. You must be physically able to independently walk and travel with the tour group. If you have questions about this, please contact us.
