Teacher Blessings

Today we will hear a testimony from one of the teachers and how our being on campus makes a difference.

Signups will be after church in the back for the whole year. You can signup on the Encounter app on the google doc, donate money towards a blessing and the team will come up with a treat, or Amy will help you sign up in the back.

Together Groups

Groups starts this week. Together Groups meet 6 times during the fall. AND We are launching a new series on both Sunday mornings and for 6 weeks in our Together Groups called Goliath Must Fall.  This fall, we will learn how to walk in the victory that Jesus has already bought for us.   Sign-up for Together Groups and Rooted Groups on our church app starting today or at the welcome table after the service. The cost for a study guide is only $5 and scholarships are available.  

Rooted Group

Rooted is a 10-week discipleship experience.   Whether you are a new believer or have walked with the Lord for many years, you will be brought back to the simplicity and depth of what it means to walk in a growing and thriving relationship with Jesus through prayer, daily devotions and service.   Rooted is how we define being a passionate disciple at Encounter.  Groups wil be starting tonight at the church office, 23456 Madero Suite 185, Mission Viejo, CA 92691 

Marriage Retreat

Invest in your marriage at the beautiful Carlsbad Inn in Carlsbad, CA. The cost of the retreat is $249.

The marriage retreat is at the beautiful Carlsbad Inn in Carlsbad, CA.  Additional nights are available at $159 (Plus Tax & Fees) for Thursday and or Saturday night on a first come, first serve basis and must be booked directly with Carlsbad Inn at (760) 434-7020.  Tell them you are with Encounter Church.  Meals are on your own.
